At Padhloo (operated under the brand Aithro), we aim to provide reliable and transparent services to all our users. Since our services relate to online study space booking and seat management, we generally do not provide refunds once a booking is confirmed and processed.

However, refunds may be considered in specific cases as outlined below, primarily when there are technical errors or issues from our side.

Refund-Eligible Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment Due to Technical Error

When the same payment is charged multiple times due to system errors on our end.

Payment Failure Resulting in Charge but No Service

When payment is deducted but no booking confirmation or service access is provided.

Any Other Genuine Technical Error at Our End

Other technical issues that prevent service delivery despite successful payment.

System Downtime or Service Unavailability

When our platform is unavailable for extended periods due to technical issues on our side.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following cases are not eligible for refunds:

User-Initiated Cancellations After Successful Booking

Cancellations made by users after their booking has been confirmed and processed.

Change of Mind or Personal Reasons

Refund requests based on personal preferences or change of plans.

Study Space Issues Not Related to Our Platform

Issues with the study space itself, such as noise, cleanliness, or other facility-related problems that are not caused by our platform.

No-Shows or Late Arrivals

When users fail to show up for their booked time slot or arrive significantly late.

Violation of Study Space Rules

When users are asked to leave due to violation of study space policies or rules.

Refund Processing

Processing Time

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 working days back to your original payment method.

Payment Method

Refunds are processed back to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your booking reference number or transaction ID
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
  5. Wait for our team to review and respond to your request
Important Notes

Service Nature

Our services are digital and provide immediate access upon payment. Once access is granted, the service is considered delivered.

Fair Use Policy

We maintain a fair use policy to prevent abuse of our refund system while ensuring legitimate cases are addressed.

Documentation Required

Refund requests may require supporting documentation such as payment receipts, error screenshots, or transaction details.

Study Space Owner Policies

Individual study spaces may have their own cancellation and refund policies that are separate from our platform policies.
